THE PERSON BEHIND THE BUSINESS

Local understanding.
A practical outlook.

NordicBridge AI Solutions is led by Sulayman Conteh, based in West Lothian, Scotland.

Our consultancy starts with your business challenges, rather than a particular product. We help you decide what to improve and how technology and AI can support that change.

Digital transformation can start small: a clearer process, better customer tracking or less manual admin. We focus on practical steps you can understand, afford and use. Our networking background also informs practical guidance on connectivity, access and safer everyday working. Website reviews combine business goals with practical technical checks, with any hands-on improvements agreed as a clear scope of work.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Clear expectations make it easier to choose the right next step.

Do I need to know which technology I want?

No. Start with what is difficult, slow or frustrating in your business. We can help clarify the problem and compare suitable options, including improving your existing process.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

We start by reviewing your current setup. That might include Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, a website, booking tools or a CRM. We check what can be improved or connected before recommending replacements.

How much will the work cost?

Start with a free 20-minute discovery conversation. A £95 focused review covers one agreed issue, with payment before research begins. Implementation is optional and quoted separately once the work is understood. We agree the scope, price and payment terms before starting. Software subscriptions, licences and ongoing support are identified separately. See how the pricing works →

Do you only work with businesses in Scotland?

NordicBridge is based in West Lothian and supports businesses across the UK. We can discuss remote working and whether any on-site work is appropriate; availability, travel and scope are agreed in advance.

Does every improvement need AI?

No. A clearer process or better use of an existing tool may be enough. We recommend AI or automation where it serves a practical purpose, with appropriate human review and attention to the information involved.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your message goes into our private enquiry inbox. We respond using your contact details to understand the need and, where appropriate, arrange a free 20-minute discovery conversation. Sending an enquiry does not book a paid review, commit you to a project or subscribe you to marketing.
