This information page is operated by NordicBridge AI Solutions, led by Sulayman Conteh in West Lothian, Scotland. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The enquiry form uses an essential, temporary security cookie to validate submissions, prevent abuse and handle retries. It is not used for advertising.

Website enquiries

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, selected service and message, plus your business name and phone number if supplied. These are sent through our website server to our private CRM enquiry inbox, hosted using Supabase. The public showcase cannot access these records.

We use this information to respond to your request and take steps towards providing a service you have asked about. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries. The privacy acknowledgement is not marketing consent.

When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. The verification token is checked by our server before your enquiry is accepted. We use it for form security, not advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

For form security, the server temporarily stores a session identifier, verification information and a submission fingerprint. Rate-limit records use a keyed fingerprint of the connection IP address and expire after one hour. Hostinger and Supabase process relevant data to provide hosting and CRM services; any international processing is subject to the applicable provider safeguards. Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations.

Contact by email

Email links open your own email app. If you contact us, your name, email address and message are handled through our business email service so we can respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer information in an initial enquiry.

We use enquiry information for responding to and managing your request, rather than adding you to a marketing list. Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, relevant business records and applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and external websites

The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and server logs to operate and protect the website. Links to Facebook, Instagram and the separate CRM showcase take you to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. The public CRM showcase uses fictional example records.
